Karolyn Cantin has always had a passion for sports, fitness and well being. The combination of personal training, Yoga and Massage Therapy has allowed her to create a unique approach to suit each client's individual health needs and goals. Karolyn competed in college and continues to appreciate the importance of cross training. She believes with that the practice of cross training can allow your body the opportunity to develop a healthy level of fitness and longevity. Exercise is good for your mind, body and soul!
Certified Personal Trainer
Amanda is a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Association. Her specialties are strength training, endurance training, and weight loss, with a focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). She discovered her love for fitness and weight lifting in 2015 when she decided she needed to lose weight and gain more muscle. Since then she has become a National Physique Committee (NPC) athlete and has Top 10 finishes in the bikini division of body building competitions. Amanda has used her passion for health and fitness to help men and women of all ages reach their weight loss and fitness goals. In addition to her NPC training she enjoys doing activities that physically challenge her, including mud runs and obstacle course events.
