Spring is right around the corner and summer will be here before you know it. Now is the time to start shedding the fat to get the swimsuit body you want! This class will focus on strength training and cardio intervals to efficiently build muscle and burn fat. All fitness levels are welcome.

Personal Training Rates

One 30 minute session - $35

10, 30 minute sessions - $300

10, 60 minute sessions - $500

10, 30 minute partner personal training sessions - $200

10, 45 minute group of 3 personal training sessions - $180 per person

10, 45 minute group of 4 personal training sessions - $160 per person

Health and Fitness Director Brad Martens

Brad Martens received his Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. He has been working in the fitness industry since 1998. Brad is a certified Health Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
He has experience in many different areas of fitness. Brad has worked with clients from all spectrums of ability, from the novice beginner to the elite athlete. He has worked in corporate wellness as well as campus recreation, managing facilities, personal training programs, group exercise programs, and performing health assessments.
Brad has always had a passion for fitness/wellness, starting at an early age when he got involved in sports. He was a competitive cross country and track athlete in high school, earning All-state honors. He still enjoys running, and also spends his free time weight lifting and playing softball.

Karolyn Cantin
Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, State & Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist

Karolyn Cantin has always had a passion for sports, fitness and well being. The combination of personal training, Yoga and Massage Therapy has allowed her to create a unique approach to suit each client's individual health needs and goals. Karolyn competed in college and continues to appreciate the importance of cross training. She believes with that the practice of cross training can allow your body the opportunity to develop a healthy level of fitness and longevity. Exercise is good for your mind, body and soul!

Amanda Bullard
Certified Personal Trainer

Amanda is a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Association. Her specialties are strength training, endurance training, and weight loss, with a focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). She discovered her love for fitness and weight lifting in 2015 when she decided she needed to lose weight and gain more muscle. Since then she has become a National Physique Committee (NPC) athlete and has Top 10 finishes in the bikini division of body building competitions. Amanda has used her passion for health and fitness to help men and women of all ages reach their weight loss and fitness goals. In addition to her NPC training she enjoys doing activities that physically challenge her, including mud runs and obstacle course events.
